- Single Session: $30 / hour
- The “Deep Dive” Bundle: $135 for 5 sessions (Save 10%)
- The “Transformation” Bundle: $250 for 10 sessions (Save 15% + Includes a free 15-min consultation)
2. Small Group (Semi-Private)
Perfect for friends or partners wanting a quick, high-intensity focus.
- Base Rate: $30 for 30 minutes (up to 3 people)
- Add-on: +$10 for each additional person (up to 5 total)
- Incentive: Book 4 sessions upfront and get the 5th session 50% off.
3. Private Group Classes (60 Min)

Base Rate: $75 per hour (up to 6 people)
